Lansing-Eaton Neighborhood Organization (LENO)

Founded in 1992, this volunteer/neighbor ran, non-profit organization represents Lansing, Michigan residents and businesses located North of Jolly Road, West of Waverly Road to the Grand River (map).

Neighborhood meetings are held every first Thursday, during the school year, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at Woodcreek Achievement Center (corner of Bayview and Woodcreek).

Neighbors are encouraged to join our Facebook group and our email list / forum.

Neighborhood Features

  • Five parks, totaling over 170 acres, a mile of natural Grand River; with trails, fishing dock, two playgrounds, basketball court, softball diamond and a sledding hill.

  • West Lansing Trail - 7 miles of Hiking and Mountain Biking trail (Map, Facebook).

  • Bus 2 goes through our neighborhood and buses 9 and 11 are a short walk away.
  • Woodcreek Achievement Center.
